	Kyle Mewburn became a full-time writer six years ago but he has always been a writer of sorts, from long rambling essays at school to writing advertising copy and, to be on the safe side, journalism. Kyle’s book, Kiss! Kiss!  Yuck! Yuck! won the Picture Book and Children’s Choice Awards at the New Zealand Post Book Awards in 2007.
	Rachel Driscoll was born in Lower Hutt and has been drawing since she discovered pencils weren’t just for chewing on. “Draw what’s in your head,” is Rachel’s advice for anyone who wants to illustrate.
