IMD UPDATE: High Court approves IMD distribution

Waterstone, the Administrator for IMD have advised  that the High Court is to allow the initial distribution of funds to creditors as planned.

This will be 69.5 cents in the dollar, not the 66 cents mentioned earlier.

The Read  also understands that the distribution will probably be made on 12 March with cheques posted to all creditors.
