Paper Plus Books Lower Hutt is in a light and bright store on the corner of High Street and Waterloo Road, just one block up from Queensgate Mall. They notch up a remarkable 40 years in business this August.
Equally remarkable is the fact that over those years, the business has only had two owners, Steven Sedley and John Vallely (pictured below).
