Booksellers Tokens returned to this office must be stamped with the name and address of the redeeming bookseller in the space provided on the back of the Tokens, marked "Redeeming Bookseller".

No claims can be entertained for packages of Booksellers Tokens lost in transit to this office unless they have been sent by registered mail or courier and Booksellers Aotearoa staff has signed off receipt of the package.

Once the package is received, the redemption value will be checked and added into your list of transactions, and paid out on the 20th of the month following. If there is a delay in your pay-outs, we will endeavour communicate this to you in advance of the expected date of the payment.
