Criteria
The judges are looking for an excellent bookseller with great book knowledge, flair, energy and enthusiasm, who can successfully match customers with books. Credit will be given for innovation, involvement in events and promotions, or for successfully championing an individual title.

  • A completed entry form
  • A single PDF (5 pages max.) which addresses the above criteria. Word count: 500–1,500 words. Note: examples must be from 1 April 2017 to 31 May 2018. Some of the things you could include are:

  • Evidence of enthusiasm and passion – especially beyond the job, like review/blog writing, event participation etc.

The prize
The winner will be presented with a certificate at the Awards Dinner at Rydges Auckland on Saturday 25th of August and will be included in a media release sent out by Booksellers NZ.

How to enter
