How to order Tokens and Gift Cards

Book Tokens and Gift Cards are essential sales tools for the Christmas season. Booksellers NZ is underwriting a big newspaper ad campaign, which will be driving foot traffic into our member bookshops, particularly those who have signed up to brand the advertising. As well as this, there are still school orders coming in for prizegiving tokens through bookshops, and you don't want to get caught short!

Booksellers Tokens are accepted in member bookshops across the country, from small independents to large chains. Our Tokens encourage foot traffic, and deliver a profitable business to booksellers. Booksellers Tokens make gift-giving to book-lovers easier.  So how do you order them?

We have a simple online form for bookshops to use. Simply log in using your usual email, and go through to this form to select the number of book tokens you require. If you order covers and your order of tokens is over $750, we will automatically reduce your following invoice by $3.75, the cost of a set of token covers. Alternatively, you are welcome to use the form and email this to us.

The process for Gift Cards is different. Although they are financially secured using the same pool of money via Book Tokens Ltd, these are ordered via ePay. When you signed up to the Gift Card scheme, you received an eEPay account number and PIN. The number for re-order is 0800 649 999, or email orders@epaynz.co.nz.

If you require a window sticker to indicate that Book Tokens are accepted at your store, please let us know - we still have a few here in the Booksellers office. We also have some promotional posters from last Christmas for Gift Cards, and we will be providing a digital version of the newspaper advertisement to use in your Facebook promotions over Christmas.
