Publishers are invited to submit titles for consideration in the 2026 Booksellers Autumn Reading Guide, the perfect showcase for Mother’s Day reads and other seasonal favourites.
The Autumn Reading Guide (ARG) is an 8-page, full-colour print booklet which will be distributed through bookshops across New Zealand and shoppable online through BookHub. In addition to print, the guide is supported by a dynamic digital marketing campaign running from 30 March to the end of June, including:
- Carousels, bookseller reviews and promoted posts on social media
- Banners and featured categories on the BookHub homepage
- Email newsletters
The guide will also reach readers beyond bookstores, featuring as an insert in newspapers and the NZ Woman’s Weekly, giving your titles maximum visibility.
Submitting a title is free. All submissions will be reviewed by booksellers across New Zealand, who will help select the final titles to feature in the ARG.
