Celebrate Bookshop Day with Poppies
Pick up a postcard in store any time between now and 11 October, write a love letter to your bookshop (that’s Poppies, right?), and you’ll be in the draw to win $250 in Booksellers book tokens, which can be spent at Poppies or any other independent bookshop. There are 8 prizes to be won across NZ, so it is definitely worth entering!
On Bookshop Day we’ll have giveaways in store all day. There will be free books, totes, treats and more (while supplies last – so don’t dawdle).
Last year’s Personal Penguins were a huge hit, and there’s a new model for Bookshop Day this year. Just buy any two books from the vast Penguin range to claim yours.
And finally, one lucky shopper will go home with a Golden Ticket for a year of free audiobooks from Libro.fm.
