We opened this Onehunga Books & Stationery in November 2018 (we operated Paper Plus Onehunga from 2007 to June 2018, starting with Books & More Onehunga in 2002).

Our motto is “Our Local” well before Covid made our local famous.

We are a small store serving the Onehunga and surrounding suburbs with a strong focus on kids and education which we believe is important for our future generations and that every suburb/town should have a bookstore.

We are very supportive of our local & NZ authors and our local author Coco Solid just won the HarperCollins Publishers Award for Best Cover.

In terms of reading I am not much of a reader, am more of a stationery guy, but prefer historical & true stories.

We are a small team, and our main goal is serving our customers’ needs and offering solutions. If we don’t have it in store, we do our best to direct the customers to the nearest store where their needs can be fulfilled/solved, or we order in.
