2026 Booksellers Conference: Sponsorship Opportunities

We are delighted to announce that the 2026 Booksellers Conference will be held at AUT Campus on Friday 24 July. Our Conference is the premier annual event for the Aotearoa book industry, held in conjunction with the Auckland Trade Day and the Aotearoa NZ Book Industry Awards ceremony. The Conference & Trade Day brings together booksellers, publishers, and suppliers for two days of connection, learning and celebration.

Sponsorship Packages  

1. Conference Coffee Cart $2000 – SOLD

Sponsorship includes:

  • 1 x table at Auckland Trade Day (Value $600) 
  • 1 x Conference registration (Value $400) 
  • Pull-up banner display and opportunity to present to plenary, creating an indelible memory and strengthening your brand (priceless)

2. Networking breakfast $1500 

Sponsorship includes: 

  • 1 x table at Auckland Trade Day (Value $600)

3. Networking morning tea $1500

4. Networking afternoon tea $1500

5. Young Bookseller Delegate $2,500 (ex GST) 

  • Support an emerging young bookseller to attend, covering registration, travel costs and two nights’ accommodation at the Conference hotel. Young Booksellers will be invited to apply for this opportunity. 

6. First-Time Delegate $2,500

  • Support a first-time delegate’s registration. The sponsorship will be promoted to members and on all registration forms. The winner will be announced at the Conference, and the sponsor will be invited to make the announcement.
