Your registration provides everything you need for a successful day:
- Premium exhibition space with trestle table (180 x 76cm) and fitted black tablecloth
- Four chairs for your team and business meetings
- Wifi access throughout the venue
- Full catering: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea for one person
- Additional team members welcome at just $60 per person
Investment
- Booksellers NZ Associate Members: $500
- Non-Members: $600
- Small Press Members (shared tables): $300 each

From late May, we’ll share delegate and publisher lists, allowing you to arrange targeted 20-minute business appointments. Come prepared with your catalogue highlights and leave with concrete commitments. Remember to build in breaks for refreshments and networking—these informal moments often spark the best conversations.
Practical Details
- Booking deadline: 1st May
- Invoicing: June (payment due in July)
- Cancellation policy: 50% refund available until end of June; non-refundable thereafter
- On the day: We’ll provide vehicle access details, wifi credentials, catering times, and venue maps
- Note: Power outlets are limited and are not available for all exhibitors
